Severe mistake by Absa Vehcile Finance

I bought a new Nissan Micra and got financed by ABSA. When my first payment shouldt be deducted per debit order nothing happened. I immediately contacted ABSA vehcile Finance and was told that my vehcile was paid by an annonamous person in full. They told me that the case are currently investigated and in three weeks time if all seems ok they will send me the registration certificate to register the car in my name. After three weeks they did as promissed and i went to the Traffic department with the registration papers and a letter from ABSA autherising them to transfer ownership in my name. All done and finalized. Then came the call from the Legal branch Pretoria to repo my vehcile as its in arear. After emailing the neccassary documents they just told me it was a serious internal mistake by Absa and they send a rep to collect the registration certificate and letter of ownership. No further contracts signed up to date nor any further responce. I'm very digusted in ABSA Vehcile Financing for all the trauma i went through and i personally feel that i should be compromised as it was their mistake. Please give me advice if poissible. Very digusted client.
