Misleading Bank Charges

Good day,

I have recently been onto the Absa website and had a look at the benefits that one would receive if they are a Silver Cheque card holder and noticed that the bank charges are meant to be at a standard rate of R79.00 if you have the Silver Value Bundle however I am being charged R120.00. I don't feel I was guided correctly by the consultant who assisted me and have been paying over R40 additional bank charges per month for the past year! This is unacceptable and there should be more competent consultants handling these type of queries.
