Capitec shouldnt be advertising LOANS!!!

I went to Capitec Bank for a personal loan. In November and December my company paid me cash because of a system problem. I got the letter from my employer to give to Capitec to prove why no salary reflected on my bank statements, but they refused to help me. I get paid more than the required amounts, my employer confirmed in writing that the payments will be made to my bank account from January onwards as the problem will be corrected, and still they refused me.

For a bank that advertise CREDIT and LOANS, I honestly think they don't know what they're doing!!!

If I didn't need the monies, I wouldn't have asked, and I made sure I got everything they requested.

Im sooo disappointed in this poor service!!! Rather go to African Bank, they seem to be willing to help!!!
