Pathetic service

Recently applied for credit with Capitec and after being informed that all was good, provided them with all the normal documentation including of course proof of salary and bank statements. Even although the bank statement confirms that I receive a salary from my employer (named on statement) - suddenly, the paper trail of proof of salary was not acceptable and my loan was then declined. I was then also informed that even if I moved my bank account to Capitec - which I was considering, and even if my salary was then paid into my Capitec account, that would still not be good enough!! How the these people do business is beyond me - most unimpressed and am cheerfully telling friends and colleagues about this...
