Firstly Outsurance sent me a message on Monday evening stating that my premium was unpaid when i already had money in my account how is that possible?
Secondly i contacted outsurance to insure a set of mags that i recently purchased. The consultant told me that it would cost R14.49 per mon, two days down the line i took notice that R23, 47 went off my account. I was astounded with the debit order that went off the account and contact outsurance to find out whats happening.
I've decided to cancel the insurance for the mags and the consultant said he can refund R12 some odd into the account, I asked the consultant why did outsurance debit R23.47 from the account and why is does he wants to only refund R12 some odd back into the account as the mags was only insurance for 3days or less and outsurance is charging so much just for less that 3 days it doesn't make sense really.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service outsurance. If you can do this to one customer imagine the other vulnerable customers out there...
