RTD and unpaid charges on my bank account

Hi Outsurance,

Can someone please confirm why funds were collected out of my account on 2013/12/02 and then 'RTD-NOT PROVIDED FOR OUTSURANCE' returned my premium to my cheque account and then I was charged R115.00 for 'FEE-UNPAID ITEM OUTSURANCE'.

There were sufficient funds in my cheque account for my household insurance premium to be collected.

Someone will need to call me, to sort this out as well as refund me.

Premium amount: R99.35
Fee for an 'unpaid due to return to drawer' : R115.00

Amount Outsurance needs to refund me: R15.65 which will cover this month's insurance.

I'll happily supply bank statements proving these figures.

I tried complaining on your website but it refused to allow me to leave a complaint.
