Outsurance
Still didn't get my money back

A couple of months ago I contacted outsurance for a live insurance cost. It was just to much for me to afford so I didn't take it. The consultant phones me next day with a cheaper qoute and I took it. Some time later I came upon some work trouble that made me unasure of my job security and I didn't know if I will still have a job ny the end of 2013. So I phoned outsurance cancelling my insurance till further notice. The 2nd of December the 1st payment went off. I phoned outsurance explaining everything to them so they said they will refund me. On the 6th I phoned them again asking about my money and they said it will take 7working days for me to receive the money. It is 11 working days now and still nothing. I am done asking for MY money what is outsurance theifs now?? I would have joined outsurance as soon as my work problems are resolved wich was done yesterday but they can forget about it now. I won't even insure my car house or bussiness by them. This is rediculas.
