On 31 December I called premier banking. I noticed an amount of just over R2 000 was on hold in my account since September. I asked for the hold to be lifted. The consultant promised that it would have been done before the end of the day, provided I completed the correct form. I completed the form and faxed it through within 30 minutes after the phone call.
The hold was NOT lifted on the same day.
In fact ANOTHER working day (2 January) has passed and the hold has still not been lifted.
