How long does it take to lift up a hold on an acco

I have been in ntouch with the branch regarding the below and has been assisted by Lindiwe Ngubeni who discovered that there was a hold on my account. After having submitted the requested documentation the hold has not been lifted up and I keep on phoning and phoning and no one seems to come back with me with a response. This has been ongoing for the past two weeks.
