ON 31 DEC, MY WIFE HAD HER CELLPHONE OUT OF HER HANDBAG IN JACARANDA CENTRE.THIS WAS AROUND 15H00.
AT 17HOO I TRIED CALLING TO REPORT THE LOSS- I WAS TOLD THERE WAS ONLY AN EMERGENCY UNIT HANDLING CAR CLAIMS. I FOLLOWED MY CALL UP WITH A MAIL THE SAME DAY.
LATER THE EVENING MY WIFE GOT THROUGH BUT WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO -ONE AVAILABLE, BUT SHE WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK ON MY CELL - GUESS WHAT STILL WAITING... THIS MORNING I AGAIN CONTACTED THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS ONLY A STAND BY TEAM AND THE FEMALE INDIVIDUAL TRIED TO PUT ME THROUGH- NO SUCCESS.
AT 14H25 I AGAIN PHONED, GETTING THROUGH AGAIN TO CAR CLAIMS, NOW TOLD CLAIMS WAS EXTREMELY BUSY BUT SHE (ON LINE) WOULD PASS THIS ON TO MANAGEMENT... GUESS WHAT
OUTSURANCE WALT THE TALK - PJONE YOUR CLIENTS BACK OR I AM MOVING INSURANCE
DO YOU HAVE TO PHONE ME 5 TIMES FOR MY PREMIUM?
