Deduction without notify

Hello Peter, My name is Henk Boucher and I banking with Nedbank for a few years now. I did had some problems a few years ago and had to go under depreview, I am under depreview for 3 years now and had never a problem with deductions that went of. But Nedbank decided to deducted R2773, 31 from my account on the 01/01/2014 at 06h23 without notify me and we all have budgets that we worked from. I sitting with a situation now I had to go through all this trouble just to let them reverse the money for me so that my house insurance and some other stuff that needs to go off can go off. I did speak to my depreview (Octogen) people as they did deducted the money from account and pay it out and still Nedbank carried on to do a deduction. This is for me a breach of contract as it did not go through the Court and nothing was set to do this deduction.

I am really unhappy about this as I am sitting without money and my kidz looking into my eyes as there is no money to buy bread and butter.
