Increases instead of decreases on balances

Hello Peter, I am on depreview for almost 4 years. Last year I did phoned all the consumers where I had an account with and picked up that the outstanding balances is increasing instead of decreasing. My total dept was about R75000, 00 and last year when I phoned all the consumers, my dept after almost 4 years increased to R80000, 00. I paid almost R60000, 00 to my depreview people and still make no sense why my balances is going up. I did recently send a report due to a deduction on my Nedbank account without authority, so I spoke to Nedbank and they said they never received a paper from the depreview to inform them and this after almost 4 years. Can you please please help me I really want to no where all my money is going after 4 years I still do have the same amount of dept when I did undergo on depreview.
