I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL MY PROOF OF PAYMENTS TO [Email Removed] AND THAT SHOULD DIMINISH THE ARREARS AMOUNT THAT IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU PEOPLE DID NOT ALLOCATE MY PAYMENTS PROPERLY! I EXPECT THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL BE TAKING THIS UP WITH THE CONSUMER BOARD OF COUNCIL!
