INSURANCE COMPANY THAT WILL FIND EVERY EXCUSE

I was a victim of a armed on 03/12/2013 and got my vehicles and household items. Thankfully my vehicle was recovered but badly damaged. I made a claim on the 05/12/2013 and until today I have not gotten an answer as to when or if they will pay me out. I pay an amount of R2000 per month for vehicle and household insurance and they dont have the decency to now atleast start with the repairs on my vehicle while I wont have a vehicle to use soon as my 45 day courtesy vehicle will soon expire. The only response I get from my claims consultant is that she cant do anything as she has to wait for her claims commitee to decide. Is it fair to pay for an insurance every month and now when I need them to just provide the service that I paid for all these years, they do not keep to their side. They are trying to find every excuse not to pay me out for my household insurance. I just moved to my new premises on the 28th of November and got robbed on the 3rd of December 2013, but they say that I did not give them the new address. But I just moved to a new place. And my new place is much more secure than the previous one but was just unfortunate to had been targeted.
