MIWAY IS THE WORSE INSURANCE EVER

On the 02/06/2013 I was involved in car accident, i was a hit and run. The next day I called my insurance for assistance, each consultant that I spoke to kept giving me different info regarding my claim. Finally on the 05/06/2013 the car was taken for assesement, till today am still stuck with my damaged vehicle in my garage.

Whenever I call I have been told different reasons, of why am still stuck with the car, some said I SHOULD WAIT FOR 48hrs, I dont even have insurance schedule as a proof that am their client, I havent received any statement or post, lastly am using public transport yet I was told that my plan comes with a courtest car. My wish is for them to fix my car, so I CAN LEAVE TO A BETTER INSURANCE.(OUTSURANCE)
