Robbed by an FNB ATM

On the 26th of december I tried to withdraw funds from an FNB atm at Kwandengezi Shopping Centre in Pinetown, the ATM had a receipt error and furthermore it did not take out the R200 hundred rands I was trying to withdraw but the funds were deducted from my Nedbank account. I have tried calling their call centre to no avail I keep getting sent from pillar to post.
This transaction ws done on the 26th of Dec at 10h38, the sms reads FNB SSC ATM, surely this mone should have been refunded iinto my card by now but I still have to chase you around for it. I want my R200 back please FNB. I have two kids to support and don't have money to be donating to FNB just for the fun of it.
