I'm writing this on behalf of my Mother, My stepdad has passed away and we submitted a claim on the funeral, Bolelo was the agent, all documentation was handed to her. We followed up a few days later after hearing nothing from her, she advised that something was outstanding and that she would follow up and get back to me. Today I phoned again and was told she no longer works at this branch and somebody will call me back. After two hours still nobody got back to me, I then called AGAIN and spoke to a Emily and explained my situation, I was then again told she will get back to me as she needed to contact Bolelo. I am now AGAIN still waiting for a response. This issue needs to be sorted out by no later than today or we WILL be escalating this to upper management. The policy states payment will be made within 48 hours?
