Incorrect billing for the 2nd month

Hi

I signed up for absa rewards in November of 2013. In Dec 2013 I was charged the yearly fee for absa rewards.
I phoned the call center and they said I would be billed the yearly fee again in January 2014.

It clearly states online i would be billed the yearly fee on the month of sign up.
No Explanation or sorry that we billed you twice were given.

And Today I see on my statement I have been billed again for the annual fee of rewards.

What is going on with your billing system. This time i have to insist on an answe
