ON THE NIGHT OF THE 21ST JUNE 2013, I GOT STUCK WITH MY VEHICLE JUST BEFORE MARIAAN HILL TOLL GATE. I STOOD THERE FOR APPROX 20MINUTES UNTIL A TOW TRUCK ARRIVED. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THEN ASKED ME IF I AM INSURED I SAID YES BUDGET. MY PHONE BATTERY WAS FLAT I COULD NOT CALL.

HE THEN SAID NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT BUDGET WILL PAY. ON THE MORNING OF THE 22ND JUNE I PHONED BUDGET JUST AFTER 9AM ON THAT SATURDAY MORNING.

EVERY TIME I PHONED I WAS TOLD TO PRESS 1 TO GO TO WHAT EVER DIVISION 2 AND 3 AS I PRESS THESE DIGITS I HEAR MUSIC AND I GET CUT OFF.

I THEN CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THE TOWING SERVICE BRAD AND TOLD HIM THAT I CANNOT GET HOLD OF MY INSURANCE HE SAID THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE I MUST PHONE THEM ON MONDAY.

CONTACTED THEM ON THE MONDAY AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE NIGHT OF THE TOWING NO YOU TELL ME IF YOUR CELL PHONES BATTERY IS FLAT AND YOU HAVE A CHILD IN THE CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE WHAT DO YOU DO, AFTER BEING TOLD BY THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THAT THEY DEAL WITH BUDGET AND I DO NOT NEED TO WORRY.

PLEASE SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT AND PAY ME MY MONEY I PAID THE TOWING SERVICE
