Frustrated Billing of accounts

I cannot express the frustration i have had with this company i dont know how many companies they have subsiquently handed me over to after having settled my edgars account in 2006 with a company called Syman & Vennote attorney. VVM was dealing with this matter tried to resolve and then responded by saying they are not dealing with the account anymore ithis account has now been handed over to other attorneys after so much airtime that ive wasted not to mention numerous emails i have sent of the the proof of payment they but to date the matter is still not resolved if i dont get a respond i will hand this case over to the omburdsman.
