Declined severe illness and dissability claim

H Therre, i have a policy with discovery life since 2008. since 2011 my health has deteriorated tremendously, i am now suffering with multiple illnesses include unspecified brain disease. I have lost my income since april 2013, as my contract at work was terminated due to illhealth incapacity and doctors reports. discovery to0ld me that on dissability they look at option E which is loss of income for 4 months, i have multiple illneses which they have all records for the contact [erson is fiona butler on 0860103905 i am a single mom and have taken thius policy that should anything happen i can still take care of my family, as there is no help commoning from there father. they continously refer to past claim of 2011.yet discovery says they can look at multiple claims, i am on almost 21 TYPES OG MEDICATION, pls could you investigate this for me as they are taking me for granted
