Good day,
I am very disappointed with the way this company has been handling my policy. It is very disappointing for me to draft this complaint as I did not expect the company to handle my policy so poorly.
The company has double debited my bank account on 12 Dec and again on 30 Dec 2013 for the month of January 2014. If I did not enquired about the early debit order made on 12 Dec, I would have not been informed of the error made on their side or receive a courtesy SMS or email to apologise for the inconvenience caused. The consultant, Sherine, promised that another debit order won't go off, however, another debit order has gone off yesterday. I authorised debit orders to go off on the 25th of every month.
The company has inconvenienced me in a big way that I now have a bad record with my bank due to their inconsistency and failure to acknowledge the error committed on their side and not communicating this.
I have been struggling since 8am to contact an agent or consultant to assist me and have not been successful in this regard.
I would like my policy to be cancelled with immediate effect, 31 Dec 2013, and a full refund for the double debits for Jan 2013.
