On 21 December 2013 there were 4 transactions going off my credit card which were not authorized by myself. I immediately informed FNB of this. Since then (31 December 2013 today) I have sent multiple emails to follow up, but I am being blatantly ignored. When I phone all that I am told is that they have not yet received the forms from me. I refuse to pay that credit card and they can take me to court if needs be.
