Gee what a waste of time this process was!! never in my life have i been given such a run around when it comes to a personal loan. regarding my last complaint on here, yes someone did contact me but then i was given the wrong resonse e-mail and this went back and forth for 2 days. Finally someone called me and my documents were verified yipee... NOT!! i applied for R120000 and i received an sms saying my application was approved!!! and that i must read through the documents and phone back and accept the quote. hmmmmm what a story this turned out to be.. Not only was the phone put down on my ear twice but also the quote sent through to me was for R30000. I mean come on people!! what good is R30000 gonna do if i needed R120000. I decided to take the loan none the less only to be asked for more documents at the end of the process.. I eventually have had enough of this service and put the phone down. People out there need to be aware of this and i promise i will go out of my way to tell people of the terrible experience i haver had.. Stop wasting peoples time and energy with empty promises. I have all the e-mails and sms on file and i will be taking this further!!!
