I have been trying to get a specific statement from the Standard Bank card division call centre for about 2 months now. Today (19 August) I was told ref: CRB7083 that all the times I asked for the same statement it was emailed to me. I never received it and just kept on asking. Now I will be charged for the same statement. I am being compromised by call centre staff who were chronically incompetent.
