MiWay claims card does not make any sense

My Samsung Galaxy S3 was recently damaged and was luckily insured by MiWay, I was told the phone is irreparable and I will be given the value in which I insured the phone for. The problem is, the Claims card I was given only accommodates certain stores and most are either too expensive or does not really cater for a wider variety of cellphones. For one, Vodacom, Cell C, MTN or any other service provider is not included amongst those stores. How clever is this? I do not remember paying in vouchers but cash. If so, why am I not reimbursed in cash as well? If you want to response, please email me on [Email Removed] as I still do not have a phone.
