What started out as an Ipad with a cracked screen needing only to be fixed turned out to be a 2 week wait thus-far for a new Ipad for which I was naturally under insured and required to pay in the difference with an excess. All this because the preferred service provider did not have the parts (a screen) to fix the Ipad, can you believe that?
Then I also need to deal with a claims clerk, who ignores my email, never follows up and whom I never seem to be able to reach on the phone. I also left my sim card in the Ipad and still have not received feedback from the claims clerk as to its whereabouts. Hopefully the servece provider is not using my DATA!
