False promotions

Looks like the only way to get a response out of Miway is via hellopeter, so hopefully someone competent can call me back.

I got a call from Miway for a cash back promo, like Outsurance, only they give you less. Did the time, got a quote from Psigo, and suprise suprise they were more expensive. I got asked to email my current schedule, which I did on the 29th of January, and... gues what, no money back from Miway.

The only call I got was another sales call from Mondlo, and as soon as I asked to speak to a manager he dropped the call. Must be fun to not have to deal with any issues.

So is this how you deal with clients? Nice. If you cant stick to your claims about money back, dont make them.
