Don't even bother with Miway

I've been insured with miway for over a year and haven't claimed once. I had a accident with my phone on Saturday (it fell in the dam) and my phone isn't working, i don't have the phone anymore. I phoned miway and explained everything to them, they said sorry they cant pay me out as they need to see the phone. Now how do they want to see the phone if I don't even have it.. Ive been paying this insurance for over a year and when you claim you don't get anything out!! They don't even try to help you
So if you thinking about insuring your goods - miway shouldn't even be an option... don't even bothe
