Bank Agent decides to cancel bank cards at whim

Well here we are. FNB's promise to provide excellent service has once again failed them.
I received a call from a one Magdelene, who informed me that my account was overdrawn, (I did know about this), however her attitude was so horrific that I refused to speak to her. This woman decided that because I used foul language in a sentence (which was in no way directed at her, I just swear a lot) she was going to cancel my card. She never informed me of her intent, but when I called her to ask her what her problem was, she told me she did it because I swore at her, what a load of bull. I didn't. I spoke to her supervisor who took her side, naturally, and spoke to me like I was a common criminal.
This complaint was reported to FNB Complaints Department, but true to form, they have done stuff all to address the severity of this issue. Staff CANNOT act on a clients behalf without such authorization in writing, this action is deemed as, and this is my last hope to get someone at FNB to actually contact me about this. My next stop is the ombudsman and the police. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME A FORM RESPONSE. Show the public that you actually have a backbone and ADDRESS THIS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
