Unauthorized Debit orde

Since the 23rd of Dec 2013 i am still waiting for my refund from FNB of the 2000.00 which was deducted on my FNB account on the 20th of Dec 2013 WITHout my authority and i was provided with the ref number 390825 and i was assured the money will be refunded but still nothing i am @ point of closing this account because FNB BULLY us and dont deliver on their promises as agreed i have been incovininced and correction still done they are sitting with my money to earn interest, I AM DISGUSTED
