Good Day,
This is actually my second complain about the same company and the problem and nothing has been done and I really do not know what else to do.
I reported a Cellphone Claim on 11/12/2013 and to date I still have the same damaged cellphone, I have received no calls only an email on 12/12/2013 informing me who is dealing with my claim.
I really do not know what else to do with regards to this as like i said earlier i have reported this but still nothing is being done
