Settled my 2 loans in full in April

Hi,

We have settled our 2 direct axis / clientele loans in full in April. Now that we want to apply for a small loan through them we can't! According to them we don't match their criteria!

We are very unhappy because we have been paying every month our instalments and we settled the loans as soon as we could! And the best of all is that we can afford having the loan!

That is not the way to treat people who do pay their accounts!
