Doesn't want to cancel my policy as requested

I changed all my long term insurance (Life and disability cover and annuities) to Discovery at end of April. This was an impulsive decision on my part after a broker told me my premium will be much less.
In July, my previous broker came back to me and pointed out flaws in Discovery's policies. I had also heard similar complaints from friends and colleagues.
I decided to move all my business back to Sanlam to exactly the same products as before.
I informed Discovery about my decision to cancel ALL my products with them.
Their credit control department acknowledged that. Now they keep sending me emails to say that my premiums are in arrears. They had also deducted a double premium on my annuities this month, despite me having canceled the debit order. So now this month I had paid double premiums on a Discovery annuity PLUS the regular SANLAM premium on the annuity that I actually want.
In addition I get phone calls from Discovery forensic department and is continually emailed by their broker to say that the Sanlam broker is doing things wrong. So what if I am getting a bad deal (?) from Sanlam.
PS: I hadn't had ANY trouble going from Sanlam to Discovery in April.
