Unauthorised Debit Orde

All I can say is Nedbank you are corrupt, you are in breach of the FAIS Act!! Your customer service consultants are liars and so is the team leader and you know exactly who you are, pull my 8 telephone recordings from Saturday morning 21 September 2013. You are money out of clients accounts without their consent and don't blame your system. You are aware of the so called problem for the past how many months, why not sorting out your internal processes and use it as an excuse to your clients. I'm not interested in your system problems, I'm a client so don't with our money!!!
You left thousands if not more, innocent clients with no money in their accounts for the long weekend, how was some parents supposed to feed their children, not mentioning no money for petrol to get to work this morning!?!
If you really care, the least you can do is refund one installment back to each client for the inconvenience you caused us for the embarrassment we had to go through borrowing money from family and friends to by food for the weekend, endless phone calls to Nedbank listening to lying consultants and the fact that I need to put in a days leave for no petrol. I'ts Appalling!!!
