I am a standard bank card holder for over 10 years.
I recently (in june 2013) signed up for the Ucount promotion which was supposed to give me R1 back for every litre of petrol `i purchase from Caltex. a few months later i noticed that I was being charged the subscription for this loyalty programe, but I wasn't receiving the points back!
I called and spoke to someone by the name of Nichole, who then put me through to Chris who then spoke to his team leader who said that I will be receiving a "goodwill payment" and that I should expect a call the next day. That was on October 2. its been nearly 3 months & I haven't heard from anyone!!!

How do they charge me for something without crediting me the rewards? It was a fault in their system
I do not want to be refunded the subscription, rather, I want the "goodwill payment" of R2000 because of the effort for going out of my way to refuel each tiime at a Caltex Garage. I stay 20 kms away from the nearest one that I know of.
In fact, on occasion I travelled further just to get that reward. Yet all I received was ZERO!!!
at to that the inconvenience of waiting another 3 months from the time of reporting this problem.
