Non clients seem to get better service than client

Problem with geyser, as insured with Outsurance phoned for help. As it was 27 December was told that they didn't have plumbers to assist, when I got upset the operator found it amusing. Once I had spoken to the Supervisor a plumber was found and sent out. Even though I told the Call Centre operator that the house was new (3.5 yrs) she at no time asked or specified that a plumber would not be able to assist due to the geyser being under warranty. Outsurance advertises about even non clients being able to call and get immediate assistance, yet when you are a paying customer it doesn't seem to work that way... To add insult to injury we will lose our no claim bonus due to the poor quality of the call centre as they don't seem to have the required knowledge.
