I logged a claim on the 3rd of January, no one called me back to make an appointment for the plumber to come out, I had to phone back on the 7th, only to find out that the claim was never recorded on Outsurance system. The operator told me I will be contacted before the plumbers go out. On the 8th I was called and asked who will open the house because they are in front of my gate. After the plumbers test was done, nobody called me back with feedback. Again I had to call and find out when the work will be done.
