My mother claimed for an accident on the 29/07/2013 as i had an accident driving her car. Auto n general then investigated and said they would be writing off the car. They then declined the claim after 30 days saying that she did not disclose that she had claimed from her previous insurance being Regency Mercedes benz for her c class, she had claimed from her other previous insurance which was outsurance for a ceiling scatting falling on the bonnet of her audi. We then requested the recording so that we could also hear what she had said when taking out the policy which the recording has not yet been sent to us after requesting it for more than 6 days after the claim was declined. My mother is 61 years old and does not remember saying that or declining when taking out the policy. Kindly assist us in clarifying this matte
