I spoke to Thabang on the 18 October 2013 reporting a claim after my daughter was mugged and her cellphone taken. He was very arrogant to me and after I explained to him that special arrangements were made for special deduction on my policy for R1259.33 on 28 October for the October cover and again an amount of R1718.31 for November, he said to me according to him I dont have cover for October, I then asked him if we can look at the policy wording because it clearly stated that the policy is effective from 16 October, and I explained to him that I understand that theclaim will only be entertained after the premium on the 28th, herefused to look at the policy wording, and he said that wont make a change instead he is going to request the recording which we agreed to. He never requested the recording, it was only requested by Tumi on the 23rd October. (please note the minutes on the time below is plus or minus
