Could not ge ahold of the Road Side Assistance

On the 24th of December I made a accident with motorcycle Involving another motor vehicle I was in pain and was laying on the side of the road, a few people that was at the scene moved the motorcycle to the side of the road. After awhile I tried to phone my QUICKSURE Road Side assistance but with no such luck, I have tried several times and hung on for 20 minutes at a time. I really don't have a problem with my insurer "QUICKSURE" up until i needed them the most, really I was in pain and in shock and can't make sense why I can reach my insurer at the most important time. I had to pay for a towing service for them to salvage the motorcycle. I post this complaint just for people to make sure that if you use this Service provider make sure that they can really help you in your time in need.
