USELESS SERVICE

I had a puncture on my ASX this morning and had called Mitsubishi Road Side Assistance. The agent that 'helped' me was absolutely useless!! After 10 mins on the phone with him - he tells me that his system crashed and i had to related on the info to him again!! I explained to him that I was on the side of the road (all alone) and opposite informal settlements - it was an extremely dangerous location and that I needed someone to assist me asap. He was absolutely useless!!! The (lack of) service received is appalling. I want someone to explain to me the purpose of road side assistance as clearly Mitsubishi missed the mark. My husband is buying a Pajero in August. After this shoddy experience I will ensure he buys a Toyota!!
