I have been making monthly payments on my Credit Card account but I do not receive statements and when I get my fiance to call the call centre to confirm payment they will not give her information even when just to answer yes or no. I am coming to a stage in my love as to why must I pay if I don't know if my payments are being received or how much I owe PLEASE HELP.
