I just wanted to say that my expectations were exceeded today when my order for an Apple product arrived within 4 working days instead of 7-10 as was initially communicated, and it was also gift-wrapped, ready for the Christmas tree. Very impressed and will use the reward shop in future if this is the level of delivery and fulfilment I can expect.
