Bad service from Ucount Rewards programme

I joined the Standard BAnk rewards programme in June last year and was told i would get my card within 21 working days and up until today and after numeourous calls to them and promises of delivery i have had nothing. They dont apologise when you call them, they dont call you back to let you know if there was a problem. I even sent them an email complaining about the non delivery on the 12 Nov and got a response from a consultant just saying she was sorry they were not living up to my expectations but again no comittment of delivery. I called them again on the 2nd of Jan 2014 (Ref number 425 6456) and i was told it was going to be couriered to me and should get to me within 10 working days and on the 9th (Ref number 429 4324) day i called them and was given assurance that i would get it on the 17th Jan before 2pm and surprise surprise nothing was delivered and no apology. I called them again this morning no apology and was told i need to wait another 10 working days (Ref 430 3090).
