My bond was cancelled as per your records I was refunded I've provided the proof that I did not received the refund. FNB has not honoured their commitment to get back to me except you system that your people do not understand.

Can I have my refund, you when you automatic response commits to get back to me or if you automatic responses says that it will take 2-3 day or 48 hours and your call centre agents can find me on your systems however you have been collecting money off my bank account

Next step ombudsman and legal wise please note that there is now interest due to me as you have claimed your interest and was paid.
