So, I signed up with First for Women insurance on Friday 29 November. The gentlemen on the phone, Junior Damoense, was very friendly. Everything was finalised and he said I would get an email with his information as I could then contact him directly if there was anything I wanted to know, etc. I then asked if I would be emailed my policy schedule as well (I obviously want to check and ensure that everything is correct) and he said yes, that it would also be emailed through.

The only email I got was an email from him with a request to rate his service and this was then followed up with a phone call from a lady to try and up-sell me. No schedule.

I then emailed him to request my policy and to indicate that the debit order had not gone off - and so I wanted to make sure that I was in fact covered - no response from him. I eventually got my schedule mailed through - the schedule then indicated that my first debit would only go off on 27 Dec - I emailed to query this - and guess what - no response (debit order now gone of). FFW - you are great until you have the deal, then you obviously and could care less. Needless to say, I am already looking at alternatives.
