Acc on 9 Jan car still not gone to panelbeaters

Hi
We phoned claim on the 9th January 2013, claim approved on the 25th January and the car is still not at the panelbeaters and no communication from either the panel beaters or the insurance companies and phoning to try and speed up the process.
So now 4 and half weeks later and maybe another 2 to 3 weeks we might get the car back. So lucky us my teenage daughter gets to walk the 5km to University and back, hope she lives that long
