R414 was taken form my account without my permission .. If my money is not refunded back to my acc I'm going to the Bank Ombusman .. I was informed by the personal loan department that my account was in arrears that why they took that amount according to the law FNB has no right to debit that amount without commucating with me first!! In that money back in my account by the 30th and will make an aRrangement to pay the amount monthly.. I have a sick mother and my policies won't be paid due to no funds available .. If she passes on I won't be able to bury her and I will sue FNB for that!! Pls contact me on [Email Removed] as I'm on maternity leave
