As a premier customer, I have never had occassion to complain about the service I received. Today I called the Premier banking division to change my cell phone number and the regular person was not available and I got put onto Melissa. Within minutes she assisted me and offered to send me an email confirming the new number.
Now I know why I bank at FNB, TRULY WORLD CLASS service.
